Chocolate-Scented Play Dough (Non-Edible)

• 1 14 cups flour
• 12 cup cocoa powder
• 12 cup salt
• 12 tablespoon cream of tartar
• 1 12 tablespoons cooking oil
• 1 cup boiling water

1. Mix the dry ingredients.
2. Add the oil and boiling water.
3. Stir quickly,.
4. mixing well.
5. When cool, mix with your hands.
