Mother-In-Laws Pasta Salad

  1. boil the tri colored pasta as directed on packaging.
  2. drain and set aside in large bowl.
  3. boil eggs for 10-15 minutes or until eggs are solid.
  4. rinse in cold water, crack shell all over and peel.
  5. chop eggs and add to pasta.
  6. peel cucumber and chop into smal pieces.
  7. chop and remove seeds from red and green bell pepper then add to bowl of pasta.
  8. finely chop green onions and add to pasta.
  9. add relish, mayo, mustard, italian dressing, and mix all ingredients together thoroughly in the large bowl.
  10. cover and place in the fridge and let cool.
  11. after waiting 30 minutes to an hour, serve.
  12. if desired, sautee bell peppers until soft before adding to pasta.
