Mother-In-Laws Pasta Salad
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 box cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp dill relish
- 1 packages Skinner garden style twirls (pasta)
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 oz mustard
- 1/4 cup fat free italian dressing
- 1/2 dozen eggs
- boil the tri colored pasta as directed on packaging.
- drain and set aside in large bowl.
- boil eggs for 10-15 minutes or until eggs are solid.
- rinse in cold water, crack shell all over and peel.
- chop eggs and add to pasta.
- peel cucumber and chop into smal pieces.
- chop and remove seeds from red and green bell pepper then add to bowl of pasta.
- finely chop green onions and add to pasta.
- add relish, mayo, mustard, italian dressing, and mix all ingredients together thoroughly in the large bowl.
- cover and place in the fridge and let cool.
- after waiting 30 minutes to an hour, serve.
- if desired, sautee bell peppers until soft before adding to pasta.
