Molded Corned Beef Salad Recipe

  1. Dissolve Jello in boiling warm V - 8 juice.
  2. Add in cool water.
  3. Break the corned beef into small pcs and add in to the Jello with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Mix well and pour into an 8 x 13 inch loaf pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
  5. Chill till hard.
  6. Best to make the day before serving.
  7. Serve on lettuce leaves.
  8. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
