Tortilla Soup

  1. In a large saucepan, cook onions and chilies until tender.
  2. Add broth, rice, tomatoes, and chicken cubes.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat.
  6. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Stir in lime juice.
  8. Top each serving with tortilla chips.
