Italian Sausage & Spinach Rectangle Pizza

• 1 Pillsburry pizza crust dough
• 1 jar Prego Pizza Sauce
• 1 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1 cup Kraft Shredded Italian Cheese Blend
• 1 packages Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage
• 1 packages frozen chopped spinach defrosted & squeezed dry
• 1/4 cup Black olives
• 8 oz Sliced fresh mushrooms

1. Cook sausage & mushrooms over medium heat until there is no pink in the sausage & mushrooms are soft.
2. Heat oven to 425 and spray a large cookie sheet with non stick spray.
3. Press dough into the cookie sheet until it is the full size of the sheet then cover with pizza sauce.
4. Sprinkle half the cheddar cheese over the pizza dough.
5. Top with spinach, mushrooms, sausage & black olives.
6. Then cover with remaining cheese.
7. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crust is set & cheese is melted.
