5 minute Tuna Salad

  1. Place tomatoes, lettuce and tuna in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle salad with a mixture of oil and vinegar.
  3. Divide evenly onto 4 plates.
  4. Serve each with a bagel spread with 2 Tbsp.
  5. Neufchatel cheese.
  6. Enjoy 1 banana and 1 cookie per person for dessert.
  7. Serve an 8 fl oz glass of water with each salad.
