Salsa Verde Fresca Recipe

  1. Roast chili pods in broiler, turning till proportionately brown.
  2. Remove pods and cover with damp cloth till steamed.
  3. Peel skins off and take seeds out.
  4. Dice tomato, avocado, onion and green chili.
  5. Chop cilantro.
  6. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
  7. Sprinkle in oregano and salt to taste.
  8. Muy, Muy, Bueno served with grilled meat.
