Artichoke-Parmesan Pasta
- 2 cups Kraft Sundried Tomato and Oregano Dressing, divided
- 2 qt. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1-1/2 qt. canned artichoke hearts, drained, quartered
- 2 cups mixed red, yellow and green peppers, cut into strips Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 2 cups red onions, sliced
- 3 qt. whole wheat penne pasta, cooked, drained
- 1 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan
- 1-1/3 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
- Pour 1/2 of the dressing over chicken in shallow glass dish.
- Refrigerate 10 min.
- Heat nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken; saute 3 min.
- or until evenly browned.
- Stir in artichokes, peppers and onions; cook 5 min.
- or until chicken is done.
- Add pasta, remaining dressing and broth; mix lightly.
- Bring to boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cheese.
