- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt (optional)
- your favorite spices (optional)
- Pour cream into a jar.
- Shake until separated.
- Drain off any extra liquid.
- Fold in your favorite spices or salt.
- Store in a airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Let harden in the refrigerator.
