Lemon Delight

  1. Dissolve crystal light in to milk
  2. Add vanilla pudding mix to lemonade/milk mixture.
  3. Allow to set for a few minutes, just until a thicker liquid is formed.
  4. Fold in whipped Topping.
  5. Garnish with a shortbread cookie, or Graham cracker crumb.
  6. And a dollop of whip topping.
  7. Can serve immediately or hold in refrigerator for 72 hours.
  8. This recipe yields 16 - 4 oz servings.
