Spicy Florentine Ravioli
- 20 ounces, weight Cheese Filled Ravioli
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 can (13.5 Oz. Can) Spinach
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Zesty Spiced Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Basil
- 2 Tablespoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- Bring a pot of water to boil.
- Add a dash salt.
- Once water is boiling, pour ravioli in and cook until tender.
- Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and garlic in a medium sauce pan.
- Cook garlic cloves until lightly browned.
- Add canned spinach and tomatoes to the garlic.
- Sprinkle basil and red pepper over the mix.
- Heat on medium-low heat until warm.
- Add half of the Parmesan to the spinach.
- Take off heat and stir.
- Pour spinach mixture over the ravioli and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Enjoy!
