Spicy Florentine Ravioli

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil.
  2. Add a dash salt.
  3. Once water is boiling, pour ravioli in and cook until tender.
  4. Drain and set aside.
  5. Heat olive oil and garlic in a medium sauce pan.
  6. Cook garlic cloves until lightly browned.
  7. Add canned spinach and tomatoes to the garlic.
  8. Sprinkle basil and red pepper over the mix.
  9. Heat on medium-low heat until warm.
  10. Add half of the Parmesan to the spinach.
  11. Take off heat and stir.
  12. Pour spinach mixture over the ravioli and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  13. Enjoy!
