Bean and Meat Chili

  1. Place beans in a bowl and cover with water, let soak overnight in the fridge.
  2. In the morning, combine all ingredients EXCEPT flour in a crockpot.
  3. Cover with water.
  4. Set on low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours.
  5. Mix flour with water and pour into the pot about an hour before done if you'd like a thicker chili.
  6. For gluten-free, please OMIT the thickening step.
