Meat-Ball Soup

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients, 1/2 tsp salt, pepper and 1 egg.
  2. Shape into 32 tiny balls; dredge with flour.
  3. Bring bouillon cubes, water, tomatoes, 1 tsp salt and bay leaf to boil in a dutch oven.
  4. Add meatballs and rice, cover and simmer 45 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. *You can also use beef broth instead of the bouillon cubs.
  7. You would need 4 cups of it.
