Sauteed String Beans Recipe
- Fresh green beans
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- Parmesan cheese
- Seasoned bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper
- MSG (if you like)
- Snip string beans and cut the longer ones in half.
- Steam till al dente (not quite cooked).
- Add in sufficient extra virgin olive oil to frying pan to cover the bottom, about 1/8 inch.
- Add in 3 cloves garlic, minced, to extra virgin olive oil and brown.
- Take care not to burn the garlic.
- Add in string beans and stir till all the beans are coated with oil.
- Shake Parmesan cheese on the beans, add in seasoned bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and MSG (if you like).
- Stir well and serve.
