Brennan'S Buffalo Wings

  1. Trim tips and extra flap of fat on wings.
  2. Mix ingredients in stainless, plastic or glass bowl.
  3. Marinate wings 3 or 4 hours. (Overnight is better.)
  4. Pat dry on paper towels, both sides.
  5. In a single layer, saute in butter to brown both sides.
  6. Brush with more hot sauce.
  7. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  8. Bake on a cookie sheet lined with foil (it gets messy) for 45 to 55 minutes.
  9. Don't overcook.
  10. Wings can be turned over, but it's not necessary. Serve with a Blue cheese dressing or dip.
