My Mustard & Apple Cider Pork Loin Chops

  1. On a griddle or frypan fry each side of the chops for 2 mins each side
  2. Slice onions and add to a frypan oiled with olive oil and fry until opaque in colour
  3. While the onions fry.
  4. Place the loin chops in a greased oven dish and put in a preheated oven 150 C/ gas 5-6 and oven cook for 20 minutes then turn the chops over and cook for a further 20 minutes.q
  5. Pour the cider over the onions and fry fast for 3 minutes
  6. Next add the mustard grain and the dijon mustard and stir in
  7. Add the Apple sauce to it and mix add the cream and water and mix all together, simmer for 5 minutes .
  8. Add a little black pepper mix in .
  9. When the chops have been cooking for the secound time , bring out of the oven and pour the sauce all over leave the pork juices in and mix and put back into the oven for 10-15 minutes .
  10. Take out put in a serving dish and serve hot.
  11. Serve with thick chunky Homemade Chips & Peas
