Jalapeno Poppers

  1. Mix cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Fold in Monterey Jack cheese.
  3. Fill each jalapeno half with cheese mixture.
  4. Dont overfill or the cheese will ooze over the sides of the pepper.
  5. Place in a 400 degrees F preheated oven.
  6. Bake for 2030 minutes until heated through and lightly browned.
  7. Place on serving dish and garnish with cilantro and tomatoes.
