Jalapeno Poppers
- 4 ounces, fluid Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
- 1/2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 12 whole Jalapenos, Halved And Seeded
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- 1 whole Small Tomato, Seeded And Diced
- Mix cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- Fold in Monterey Jack cheese.
- Fill each jalapeno half with cheese mixture.
- Dont overfill or the cheese will ooze over the sides of the pepper.
- Place in a 400 degrees F preheated oven.
- Bake for 2030 minutes until heated through and lightly browned.
- Place on serving dish and garnish with cilantro and tomatoes.
