Roasted Rosemary White Potatoes
- 4 small white potatoes
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 pinch salt & pepper
- Preheat oven to 400
- Wash & dry potatoes.
- Cube potatoes (the smaller, the crispier!)
- Add potatoes and remaining ingredients to medium bowl.
- Toss to evenly coat potatoes
- Arrange potatoes on a greased cookie sheet
- Bake for 35-40 mintues, flipping potatoes halfway
- *I like salty, so I add a few more dashes of salt right out of the oven
- **This recipe is for 2 small side dishes since I only ever cook for 2
