Roasted Rosemary White Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Wash & dry potatoes.
  3. Cube potatoes (the smaller, the crispier!)
  4. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients to medium bowl.
  5. Toss to evenly coat potatoes
  6. Arrange potatoes on a greased cookie sheet
  7. Bake for 35-40 mintues, flipping potatoes halfway
  8. *I like salty, so I add a few more dashes of salt right out of the oven
  9. **This recipe is for 2 small side dishes since I only ever cook for 2
