Super-Simple Chicken Stir-Fry
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
- 2 tsp. canola oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 lb. sugar snap peas
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken, garlic and pepper sauce; stir-fry 2 min.
- Add peas; stir-fry 3 min.
- or until chicken is done.
- Add barbecue sauce, peanut butter and soy sauce; cook and stir 1 min.
- or until sauce is thickened.
- Drain spaghetti.
- Serve topped with chicken mixture.
