Baking Mix Barbecue Chicken Bake

• 23 cup baking mix
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1 egg
• 1 12 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
• 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
• 34 cup barbecue sauce

1. Heat oven to 400*.
2. Spray a 9" pie pan or 9" square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3. In small bowl, stir together baking mix, water, and egg.
4. Spread in pan.
5. Sprinkle with 1 1/4 cups of cheese.
6. Stir together cooked chicken and barbecue sauce and heat through.
7. Spoon over batter in pan to within 1/2" of edges.
8. Bake 22-25 minutes or until edges are dark golden brown.
9. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
10. Bake 1-3 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
11. Loosen from sides of pan.
