Insalata Caprese
- 1 qt. Kraft Sundried Tomato and Oregano Dressing
- 24 each vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
- 1-1/2 qt. buffalo mozzarella, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 18 cups mixed baby salad greens
- ASSEMBLE overlapping and alternating slices of tomato and cheese on each plate to form a tight circle.
- PLACE a small bunch of greens on top in centre.
- DRIZZLE dressing lightly overtop of each salad; serve immediately.
