Stars and Stripes Rice Cereal Treats

• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 pkg. (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED STRAWBERRYMALLOWS Marshmallows
• 4 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
• 6 cups KELLOGGS RICE KRISPIES cereal
• 1 bag (12 oz.) white candy wafers, melted
• 10 white lollipop sticks or cookie sticks
• star shaped cookie cutter
• blue ribbon or washi tape for decorating the lollipop sticks

1. MELT the butter in a large saucepan.
2. STIR in marshmallows until completely melted.
3. REMOVE marshmallow liquid from the heat and stir in the rice cereal.
4. STIR until covered completely and then press the mixture into a 13x9 pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
5. Use wax paper to press it down.
6. Let the mixture completely cool then cut into star shapes.
7. INSERT the cookie sticks into the star treats.
8. Put the white candy melt into a microwave safe dish and microwave on 50% power for 1 minute then stir.
9. Continue to heat at 10 second intervals until the candy is completely melted.
10. USING a spatula or fork, drizzle the white candy over the star treats in order to create stripes.
11. Allow candy melt to dry and then decorate with ribbon or decorative washi (craft) tape.
