Pasta with Pink Sauce
- 1 pound Ground Turkey Or Turkey Italian Sausage (casings Removed)
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Diced Tomatoes, With Garlic And Oregano
- Fresh Thyme Sprigs
- 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 12 ounces, weight Your Favorite Pasta, Cooked
- Brown turkey and drain.
- Add tomatoes and thyme, stirring to break up the tomatoes.
- When the tomatoes are distributed equally, add the cream and cheese, stirring constantly until thickened, about 34 minutes.
- Serve over your favorite pasta.
- Delicious with crusty bread and a salad.
