Tender Tandoori-Flavored Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Cut the chicken thigh into 1cm wide strips.
  2. Marinate the chicken strips in the combined A ingredients (grated onion, ginger and garlic, yogurt, vinegar, ketchup, curry powder, salt, cayenne pepper, cumin and black pepper) for half a day or overnight.
  3. Heat some oil in a frying pan and pan fry the marinated chicken.
  4. Serve on top of a bed of shredded cabbage garnished with some cherry tomatoes.
