Tender Tandoori-Flavored Chicken Stir Fry
- 200 grams Chicken thigh meat
- 50 grams Grated onion
- 1/2 piece Grated ginger
- 1/2 clove Grated garlic
- 4 tbsp Yogurt (plain no-fat)
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp Curry powder
- 2/3 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper or red chili powder
- 1 pinch Cumin
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Shredded cabbage
- 1 if you have some Cherry tomatoes
- Cut the chicken thigh into 1cm wide strips.
- Marinate the chicken strips in the combined A ingredients (grated onion, ginger and garlic, yogurt, vinegar, ketchup, curry powder, salt, cayenne pepper, cumin and black pepper) for half a day or overnight.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan and pan fry the marinated chicken.
- Serve on top of a bed of shredded cabbage garnished with some cherry tomatoes.
