Mexican Turkey Tortilla Casserole Recipe
- 2 c. cooked turkey, cut in lg. bite size pcs
- 1 dozen corn tortillas, cut in 1" strips
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 cans green chili salsa
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, grated
- Butter shallow 9"x13" baking dish.
- Mix together the soups, lowfat milk, onion and salsa and put a small amount of soup mix on bottom of baking dish.
- Place a layer of tortillas in bottom of dish, then turkey, then soup mix.
- Continue layers till all ingredients are used, ending with soup mix.
- Top with cheese.
- Let stand in refrigerator 24 hrs to allow flavors to blend.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
