Okara Biscotti

  1. Mix all the ingredients, and roll out 1 cm thick on parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200C/390F.
  3. Cut into 1 cm wide strips.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes on each side at 180C/350F, and it's done.
