Okara Biscotti
- 130 grams Fresh okara
- 50 grams Sugar
- 130 grams Cake flour
- 1 Egg
- 6 grams Baking powder
- Mix all the ingredients, and roll out 1 cm thick on parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200C/390F.
- Cut into 1 cm wide strips.
- Bake for 10 minutes on each side at 180C/350F, and it's done.
