BBQ Turkey Burger Salad Flatbread

  1. For each flatbread: Spread 1 naan bread with 1 Tbsp.
  2. barbecue sauce; top with 3/4 cup tomatoes.
  3. Bake in 325 degrees F convection oven 10 min.
  4. or just until tomatoes are slightly softened and bread is golden brown.
  5. Top with 1 crumbled turkey burger.
  6. Combine 2 cups salad greens, 1/4 cup each mangos and avocados, 2 Tbsp.
  7. dressing, and 1 Tbsp.
  8. each zucchini, yellow squash, nuts, cheese and peppers.
  9. Spoon onto bread.
  10. Cut into 4 slices.
