BBQ Turkey Burger Salad Flatbread
- 16 each whole wheat naan breads
- 1 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- 3 qt. mixed red, orange, yellow and green cherry tomatoes, halved
- 16 each ground turkey patties, grilled
- 2 gal. baby salad greens
- 1 qt. fresh mangos, small dice Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- 1 qt. avocadoes, small dice Target 10 ea For $10.00 thru 02/06
- 2 cups KRAFT Light Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
- 1 cup zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 cup yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 1 cup hazelnuts, toasted, chopped
- 1 cup KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Full Moisture
- 1 cup fresh jalapeno peppers, chopped
- For each flatbread: Spread 1 naan bread with 1 Tbsp.
- barbecue sauce; top with 3/4 cup tomatoes.
- Bake in 325 degrees F convection oven 10 min.
- or just until tomatoes are slightly softened and bread is golden brown.
- Top with 1 crumbled turkey burger.
- Combine 2 cups salad greens, 1/4 cup each mangos and avocados, 2 Tbsp.
- dressing, and 1 Tbsp.
- each zucchini, yellow squash, nuts, cheese and peppers.
- Spoon onto bread.
- Cut into 4 slices.
