Cool Blueberry Salsa with Mint

  1. Chop 2 cups of the blueberries; place in medium bowl.
  2. Add remaining 1 cup whole blueberries and remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Cover.
  4. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour.
  5. Serve as a topping for cooked meat or as a dip.
  6. Refrigerate any remaining salsa.
