Pineapple & Pudding Cake Recipe

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 (20 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 (8 ounce.) vanilla instant pudding mix
• 1 c. coconut
• 1 (8 ounce.) carton Cold Whip
• 1 c. pecans

1. Bake cake in greased and floured oblong pan.
2. Meanwhile, simmer pineapple and sugar.
3. Remove cake form oven and punch holes in cake, cover with pineapple; chill.
4. Mix pudding per instructions, add in coconut and spread over pineapple.
5. Let set a few minuets.
6. Cover with Cold Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
