New England Clam Chowder Quiche

  1. Bake crust 8 minutes in 400 degree F oven.
  2. Remove shell.
  3. Reduce heat to 325F (160C).
  4. In bowl combine bacon, chowder, eggs, onion, sour cream, parsley and pepper ; mix well.
  5. Pour about 23 of mixture into baked shell.
  6. Arrange cheese slices on top.
  7. Pour remaining mixture over cheese.
  8. Bake at 325F (160C) for 50 to 55 minutes or until set.
  9. Cool 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
