Mexican-Style Swiss Steak

  1. In a flat dish, combine flour and chili seasoning mix.
  2. Gently coat steaks.
  3. Spray a large skillet with olive flavored cooking spray.
  4. Brown steaks on both sides over medium heat.
  5. Combine tomato sauce and salsa.
  6. Pour over steaks.
  7. Lower heat.
  8. Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes.
  9. "Gravy" is great over rice, potatoes, or any type of pasta.
