Jamaica Flower Water

  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the flowers and return to a boil.
  3. Reduce to a simmer and cook 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sugar or honey, strain into a pitcher and refrigerate.
  5. Serve cold over ice with slices of orange as garnish.
  6. Variation: Before serving, stir in 2 cups of orange juice.
