Gotta Have Seconds Meatloaf

  1. In a large mixing bowl lightly beat 2 eggs.
  2. Add milk, saltines, onions, salt, sage, pepper, and ground beef.
  3. Combine well.
  4. Shape into a 8x4-inch loaf in an ungreased loaf pan.
  5. Or, make 6 individual loaves and place in a shallow baking pan.
  6. Mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire to make a sauce.
  7. Spread sauce evenly over loaf or loaves.
  8. Bake at 350F for 60-65 minutes or until no pink remains.
  9. Drain grease.
  10. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
