Blackened Fish With Salsa Verde

  1. Sprinkle fish on both sides with seasoning.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add half of the fillets and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
  4. Turn and cook until just opaque, 2-3 minutes longer.
  5. Transfer to plates.
  6. Repeat with remaining fish.
  7. Meanwhile, combine salsa and cilantro.
  8. Serve fish, topped with the salsa.
