Beet Pickles Recipe

• 2 c. Sugar
• 1 c. Vinegar
• 1 c. Beet juice
• 1 tsp Whole cloves
• 1 stk cinnamon
• 1 tsp Grnd black pepper
• 1 x Lemon, sliced
• 3 can Small whole beets, liquid removed except for the one c. used above (up to 4)

1. Combine all ingredients and heat only to a boil.
2. Cold and store in a sealed jar in the fridge.
