Mushroom meat gravy
- 4 oz whole mushrooms
- 1 lb ground meat your choice I used beef
- 2/3 cup dehydrated onion flakes
- 1/2 tbsp xantham gum
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 cup broth your choice I used beef.
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- Slice the mushrooms into thirds.
- Melt the butter add your onions.
- Add ground meat, garlic, salt, pepper.
- When brown add xantham gum.
- Stir a lot.
- Then add 1 1/2 cups of broth.
- Stirring constantly it will thicken .
- Add the worcestershire sauce and redwine vinegar stir in well.
- Serve hope you enjoy!
