Mushroom meat gravy

  1. Slice the mushrooms into thirds.
  2. Melt the butter add your onions.
  3. Add ground meat, garlic, salt, pepper.
  4. When brown add xantham gum.
  5. Stir a lot.
  6. Then add 1 1/2 cups of broth.
  7. Stirring constantly it will thicken .
  8. Add the worcestershire sauce and redwine vinegar stir in well.
  9. Serve hope you enjoy!
