15 Minute Cheesy BBQ Beef & Rice Dinner
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 cup , drained
- 2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
- Add water, barbecue sauce and corn; stir.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in rice.
- Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
- Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
