Saucy Spinach & Parmesan Rice Pilaf

  1. Bring broth and garlic to boil in medium saucepan.
  2. Add Neufchatel and mustard; cook and stir 1 min.
  3. or until Neufchatel is melted and mixture is blended.
  4. Stir in rice; cover.
  5. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min.
  6. Add spinach and Parmesan; mix well.
  7. Cook 1 min.
  8. or until rice mixture is heated through and spinach is wilted.
  9. Sprinkle with nuts.
