Cheesy Artichoke Bread
- 1 loaf crusty Italian bread, sliced in half lengthwise
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (11 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- Preheat oven to 375.
- place Italian bread crust sides down on a baking sheet.
- In a medium sized bowl combine Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese, artichokes, mayo and garlic.
- Mix well.
- Spread mixture on top of Italian bread.
- Bake for 20-25 mins or until top is golden.
