Apple Cider Cream Sauce Recipe

  1. Heat butter.
  2. Add in flour till blond roux forms.
  3. Stir in mix of heavy cream and apple cider; reduce by half.
  4. Stir in red pepper, salt, and sage to taste.
  5. Cook till thickened, stirring frequently.
  6. Add in Brandy to mix.
  7. Bring to a gentle simmer and serve with Oyster-Stuffed Pork Loin
