Easy Cranberry Apple Pie
- 12 ounces cranberries
- 6 medium apples
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Sort and wash cranberries.
- Put cranberries, sugar, orange juice, pie spice and cornstarch in a sauce pan.
- Stir to dissolve cornstarch, bring to a boil and cook over low heat until thickened and the cranberries have popped.
- Put in pie crust and bake.
