Tater Tot Shepherds Pie
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1/2 cups Onion, Chopped
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Milk (or 1 Soup-can Full)
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Corn, Drained
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 bag (32 Oz. Bag) Frozen Tater Tot-style Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a saute pan, brown the ground beef with onion.
- Drain off any grease.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, put condensed soup and milk in a bowl; stir to combine.
- In a 8x11 baking pan, layer browned ground beef, then drained corn.
- Put the soup mixture over the corn and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Top with frozen tater tots.
- Bake for 1 hour or until bubbly and tots are golden brown.
- Season with salt and serve.
