Tater Tot Shepherds Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a saute pan, brown the ground beef with onion.
  3. Drain off any grease.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Meanwhile, put condensed soup and milk in a bowl; stir to combine.
  6. In a 8x11 baking pan, layer browned ground beef, then drained corn.
  7. Put the soup mixture over the corn and sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Top with frozen tater tots.
  9. Bake for 1 hour or until bubbly and tots are golden brown.
  10. Season with salt and serve.
