Crock Pot Chili Dip Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. minced meat
- 1 lg. onion
- 1 can tomatoes & green chili, liquid removed or possibly substitute salsa
- 1 can chili (no beans)
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Brown meat and onion and drain completely.
- Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for several hrs, stirring frequently.
- Serve as dip with Fritos.
- Thicken with cornstarch if needed or possibly add in more cheese.
