Asian Noodles With Pork Tenderloin And Ginger Root Recipe

  1. Fill 8- to 10-qt stockpot 2/3 full of water, cover and bring to a boil over high beat.
  2. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar and ginger in large bowl.
  3. Stir till sugar dissolves.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Add in 1 Tbsp.
  6. salt to boiling water, add in noodles and cook according to package directions.
  7. Noodles should be cooked through but still slightly chewy.
  8. Drain off about 1/2 pasta water, add in 1 qt ice water to pot, stir noodles, then immediately drain noodles in colander.
  9. Add in noodles to soy dressing and toss well.
  10. Add in carrots, green onions and pork.
  11. Toss to combine.
  12. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  13. Serve immediately.
  14. This recipe yields 4 servings.
