Cheese & Broccoli Stuffed Potato
- 1 medium baked potato
- 1 cup chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup red or green grapes
- 1 SNACKWELL'S Sugar Free Lemon Creme Sandwich Cookie
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk
- Pierce potato several times with a fork; bake in the microwave until fork tender.
- Split lengthwise, fill with broccoli and top with cheese.
- Return potato to microwave and heat through, approximately 1-3 min., or until cheese melts.
- Complement meal with grapes and a cookie.
- Serve meal with a glass of milk.
