Bedder n Cheddar sausage egg Skillet
- 1 packages Johnsonville Bedder n Chedder sausages, cut in half length wise and chopped
- 5 eggs
- 2 Roma tomatos, chopped
- 1/2 sweet onion, halved and sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- Heat oil on med-high heat until it ripples.
- Saute onions until they are almost translucent.
- Then add the sausage and saute until golden brown.
- Crack each egg into the skillet and mix them into the sausage mixture.
- Add the salt and cook the eggs until fluffy and golden.
- Add tomato and cook until the tomatoes are warmed through!
- Serve with your choice of side!
- We chose beans!
