The Sidecar

• Ice
• 1 3/4 ounces VSOP Cognac
• 3/4 ounce orange curacao
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
• Dash of orange bitters
• 1 orange twist, for garnish

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the orange twist.
