Strawberry-Cream Topped Shortcake

• 8 inches shortcakes, loaf
• 1 cup whipped cream
• 14 cup strawberry syrup
• 7 large strawberries
• 3 -5 tablespoons strawberry syrup (to garnish) (optional)

1. Mix whipping cream with diced strawberries & strawberry syrup.
2. Slice shortcake into 3/4 inch slices.
3. Top with whipped cream mixture.
4. Garnish with mint & strawberry syrup.
