Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Fry up sausage and make sure it is very brown (fry it like you would ground beef).
  2. Lower heat and add cream cheese, mushrooms , Tabasco and shredded cheese.
  3. Mix all ingredients together.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Set oven to 400 degrees.
  6. Pop off stems to all the mushrooms.
  7. Using a spoon, scoop the sausage mix into the mushroom so that is overflows out of the top of the mushroom.
  8. Place mushroom on cookie sheet.
  9. (make sure cookie sheet has edges because the mushrooms will get juicy when cooking).
  10. Once all the mushrooms have been stuffed, place in oven and cook for about 20 minutes.
  11. The tops should be brown, and the mushrooms should be soft.
  12. Serve warm.
