Stuffed Mushrooms
- 1 package Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 can Small, Chopped Mushrooms
- 2 dashes Tabasco. You Can Add More Or Less Depending On How Hot You Like It
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese, Colby Jack, Cheddar Jack, Whatever You Prefer
- 4 packages Whole Clean Mushrooms
- Fry up sausage and make sure it is very brown (fry it like you would ground beef).
- Lower heat and add cream cheese, mushrooms , Tabasco and shredded cheese.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Remove from heat.
- Set oven to 400 degrees.
- Pop off stems to all the mushrooms.
- Using a spoon, scoop the sausage mix into the mushroom so that is overflows out of the top of the mushroom.
- Place mushroom on cookie sheet.
- (make sure cookie sheet has edges because the mushrooms will get juicy when cooking).
- Once all the mushrooms have been stuffed, place in oven and cook for about 20 minutes.
- The tops should be brown, and the mushrooms should be soft.
- Serve warm.
