Helen's Spicy Millet
- 5 14 cups water
- 1 13 cups millet
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 34 teaspoon dill seed
- 34 teaspoon dill weed
- 34 teaspoon garlic powder
- 34 teaspoon onion powder
- 34 teaspoon onions or 34 teaspoon garlic salt
- 14 teaspoon celery seed
- 14 teaspoon turmeric
- 14 teaspoon cayenne
- 14 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2 tablespoons lecithin granules
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons vegetable bouillon
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Bake in greased 9x13" pan for 1 hour.
